Ambakke Dewalaya 🪵🛕

  Wood Carvings of the Ambakka Devalaya About half a mile from the village of Daulagala, about 8 miles from Peradeniya in Kandy, you will come across this temple☸️ dedicated to the god Kataragama called Ambakka🔱.There is a new meaningful architectural tradition here. The medium is wood🪵.This architecture belongs to the Gampola period.All the architecture here is made of wood.The elongated platform has 32 wooden pillars.
